Tamlyn Naomi Tomita, born January 27, 1966 in Okinawa, Japan, is a Japanese American actress who plays the role of Ms. Suzuki on the HBO original series True Blood. Making her debut on the episode "Who Are You, Really?" in the series' sixth season, Tamlyn is a guest starring actress who plays the role of a businesswoman working for the Yakonomo Corporation, the company responsible for the production of Tru Blood, although her accent suggests that she was American, at least by upbringing. She makes a deal with Governor Truman Burrell, during which the balance of power continually shifts between them. Although she puts up a good fight, Tamlyn is murdered by Sarah Newlin in the Season 6 episode "Dead Meat".
