The maker of Luis Patiño, Don meets an untimely demise on the subsequent episode, "I Wish I Was the Moon".

Season 4[]

"Me and the Devil"[]

During the early 17th century in Logroño, Spain, Don Santiago and his progeny, Luis, posed as Catholic Priests, spent their time feeding off and raping the Catholic prisoners. One of their victims was the great and powerful witch, Antonia Gavilán de Logroño.("Me and the Devil")

"I Wish I Was the Moon"[]

As Don Santiago and his progeny tormented her and her coven, she vowed revenge by casting a powerful spell that would summon all vampires within a twenty-mile radius to expose themselves to the sunlight. Due to the fact Luis had traveled elsewhere during her persecution, his life was spared, although Don Santiago's was not.("Me and the Devil")
