Samson was a Scottish vampire in the comic book series created to complement the HBO original series True Blood.
He was featured in the In Focus: Shedding Light on Vampires in America Documentary and was for pro-integration into the human world.
After he began meeting with humans and revealing vampire secrets, he was destroyed. Humans found him staked on a stairwell of a tenement in NYC. His friend Lamar later found the ones responsible and killed them.
