Reverend Skinner is a minor character on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American co-starring actor David Bickford, Reverend Skinner officiated the wedding of Arlene and Terry Bellefleur on the episode "In the Beginning" in the series' fifth season. He is seen once more, on the episode "Radioactive", in the series' sixth season.

Arlene Fowler Bellefleur watches a video of her wedding with Terry Bellefleur, which was held at Merlotte's, and was officiated by Reverend Skinner. ("In the Beginning")

Rev. Daniels and Rev. Skinner call on all the members of their respective congregations to attend a church meeting. They inform them about current vampire problems and have all the attendants Blood tested for Hepatitis V. Afterwards they invited everyone to a human-vampire social at Bellefleur's Bar and Grill later that evening. ("Radioactive")
