Peter Mensah, born August 27, 1959 in Accra, Ghana, is an British/Ghanaian actor who plays the role of Kibwe Akinjide on the HBO original series True Blood. Making his debut on the episode "Authority Always Wins" in the series' fifth season, Peter plays the role of a Chancellor in the Vampire Authority. Playing a recurring role through the same season, Peter meets an untimely demise in the Season 5 episode "Sunset".
