Paul Crabtree was the father of Sarah Newlin and Amber Mills on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by guest starring actor Brett Rice, Paul was the patriarch of the Crabtree family, and met an untimely demise during his only appearance, on the episode "Lost Cause" in the series' seventh, and final, season.

During the meeting of followers of the Republican Party he was glamoured by Eric Northman, who wanted to know where Paul's daughter was. Their conversation was disrupted by the arrival of the Yakuza. When Paul said that he didn't know where Sarah was, one of the Yakuza killed him. ("Lost Cause")
