Biography[]

Background[]

Olivia is an elderly woman who lives alone and on the continuous domiciliary support of oxygen. She loves her son, Stanley, but hasn't seen him since he went off to fight in the war, years ago. Bills are pilling up, but Olivia carries on, struggling to survive, but living on the hope that one day she will once again see her long lost son.

Season 3[]

"Bad Blood"[]

After escaping his captors, vampire Bill Compton arrives at Olivia's house and glamours her. Olivia allows Bill inside where she talks of her beloved son Stanley. Hungry, Bill feeds from her, and then leaves her money to help pay minor bills around the house. He glamours her into believing it is from Stanley, leaving her with a renewed spirit and restored sense of vigor. ("Bad Blood")

Trivia[]

  • Olivia suffers some sort of chronic respiratory disease, possibly COPD, that forces her to use continuous domiciliary oxygen support. She states that she preferred having a portable oxygen tank, rather than having a phone, because nobody calls her home.

Casting Call[]

This elderly woman in her 80s, who moves with the aid of a walker and also uses an oxygen tank, lives in a house in the middle of nowhere. She mistakes Bill for her son…GUEST STAR
