Melanie MacQueen is an American actress who plays the role of Faye Lebvre on the HBO original series True Blood. Making her debut on the episode "Mine" in the series' third season, Melanie was Dawn Green's neighbor. Living in the small town of Bon Temps, Louisiana, and wanting to blame Jason Stackhouse for her neighbor Dawn's murder, Melanie was last seen on the subsequent episode, "Escape from Dragon House", in the same season.
