Max Barsness is an American actor who plays the role of Buddy on the HBO original series True Blood. Playing the role of a member of the Louisiana Department of Transportation road crew, Max is a co-starring actor who is a friend of Hoyt Fortenberry, and appears only on the episode "Turn! Turn! Turn!", at the beginning of the series' fifth season.
