MS:Area 2 is a vampire territory located in Mississippi. It is unknown whom the current sheriff is or whom the King/Queen of the area is (if any, given the state of flux left by Russell Edgington).

Russell has werewolves kidnap Bill Compton, subsequently, Russell offered Bill the position of Sheriff of the area, (which he notes has "The world's only cactus plantation," which allows the area to encompass Edwards, Mississippi at the very least) in exchange for his defection to Russell and giving away incriminating information about Sophie-Anne Leclerq, whom Bill previously worked for. It is not yet known if Bill was ever officially made the sheriff, however with his loss of Russell's trust, it seems unlikely.
