"Luisa, the other one please. From the root!"
The Magister to Luisa[src]

Luisa Ella Prescott (Born 1801, made vampire 1821) was a vampire and an enforcer of the Tribunal. Born into a poor family in Kentucky, she grew up a tough, independent-minded girl. In 1819 she joined the Underground Railroad and operated a safe-house for escaped slaves. Risking severe punishment and death, she helped free up to three hundred slaves, until one of them turned her in 1821.
