Louie was a werewolf on the HBO original series True Blood. A member of a pack of wolves from Jackson, Mississippi, Louie was a loyal supporter to his packmaster, Cooter, and met an untimely demise during his only other appearance, in the series' subsequent episode, on the episode "Beautifully Broken" in the series' third season.

Background[]

Louie was a werewolf from Jackson, Mississippi and at some unknown point in time became a member of Cooter's pack. He also at some unknown point in time became addicted to V.

Season 3[]

"Bad Blood"[]

Louie, Cooter, and a few other werewolves were ordered by Russell Edgington to bring the vampire Bill Compton to his home. The wolves however forcefully kidnap Bill and drain him of blood in order to drink it on the way to Russell's home. During the trip Louie climbs on top of the car. Bill somehow gets loose and kills the driver causing the car to go off road. Louie ends up falling off the car and landing on the road. Louie, Cooter, and three other wolves manage to catch up to Bill. Bill warns the wolves that he had fed.

"Beautifully Broken"[]

Bill ends up killing three of the wolves during the fight and bites off Louie's ear causing him to shift back to human form. Bill was about to go after Cooter when Russell Edgington showed up. Russell chastises the wolves for attacking Bill instead of kidnapping him as ordered. When Russell learns they fed on Bill, he shoots Louie in the head. Russell takes Bill back to his home.

Powers and Abilities[]

Louie was a werewolf. He was more powerful than a human, but weaker than a vampire of a moderate age. Louie was no match for Russell Edgington, a 2,800 year old vampire. Louie possessed the ability to shift from human form into werewolf form at will like all werewolves.
