Lily Knight, born November 30, 1956, is an American actress who plays the role of Betty Harris on the HBO original series True Blood. Playing the role of a fourth grade teacher turned Hepatitis V infected vampire, Lily meets an untimely demise during her only appearance, on the episode "I Found You" in the series' seventh, and final, season.
