Karen is a vigilante on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American actress Paula Jai Parker, Karen makes her debut on the episode "Jesus Gonna Be Here", at the beginning of the series' seventh season. Playing a recurring role through the same season, Karen was a follower of Vince Gibson, until meeting an untimely demise on the episode "Death is Not the End", in the series' seventh, and final, season.

Karen along with the rest of the mafia went to Fangtasia to kill the vampires that were there, she managed to kill some of them successfully but then her gun got jammed, one of the vampires managed to escape and headed towards her, pushing her into the car and locking with force causing him to cut off Karen's leg, causing her to bleed to death.
