John William Stackhouse is the eldest known ancestor to the Stackhouse family.
Season 5[]
Maurella reveals John signed a contract with a vampire, Macklyn Warlow. It states that Warlow is allowed to have the next Stackhouse female Faerie heir. This contract was signed in 1702 showing how long Warlow has been waiting. The heir is revealed to be Sookie Stackhouse. It is currently unknown why this contract was signed.
Trivia[]
- The contract was written in ancient fairy language.
- Claudine may have known about this contract as Sookie's fairy godmother, recognizing Warlow after killing Sookie's parents.
- The contract was hidden under the floor of Adele Stackhouse's bed in the main bedroom. As Jonas Stackhouse is said to be the builder of the house nearly 130 years after the contract was made, this contract may have been passed on among Stackhouse family members.
- According to the Faerie Elder, John Stackhouse was rather handsome but creepy.
