Isamel 'East' Carlo is a Puerto Rican-American actor who plays the role of Don Santiago on the HBO original series True Blood. Making his debut on the episode "Me and the Devil" in the series' fourth season, Isamel is a Catholic Priest born in at least 1515. A powerful vampire who is the maker of Luis Patiño, Don meets an untimely demise on the subsequent episode, "I Wish I Was the Moon".
