Dr. Isani was a doctor on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American co-starring actress Melody Butiu, Dr. Isani treats Tommy Mickens for presumed food poisoning after his first attempt at skin walking, and appears only on the episode "Cold Grey Light of Dawn" in the series' fourth season.

She treats Tommy Mickens when he is admitted vomiting blood. She diagnoses food poisoning and allows him to go home when his symptoms resolves. She remains unaware of his shifter abilities and the fact that his symptoms were triggered by his first attempt at skin walking. ("Cold Grey Light of Dawn")
