Danielle Yu is a Thai-American actress who plays the role of SomChai on the HBO original series True Blood. Making her debut on the episode "F**k the Pain Away" in the series' sixth season, Danielle, similar to a fangbanger, is a candidate willing to give blood in return for vampire cooperation while they participate in therapy in Burrell's Camp. She is seen once more, in the Season 6 episode "Life Matters".
