Cody is an unseen vampire on the HBO original series True Blood. While he does not appear within the show itself, Cody is mentioned in the Blu-ray commentaries on the episode "Let's Get Out of Here" in the series' fourth season.

Biography

Background

According to Nan Flanagan, Cody was a young vampire who met Julie Watney at an underground rave prior to the Great Revelation. Cody was immediately taken with Julie and began to feed on her. However, being a young, inexperienced vampire he lost control of his impulses and drained her to the point of death. Fortunately, Cody's own maker was present and intervened, forcing Cody to turn Julie into a vampire, thus, saving her life.

After the Great Revelation Julie returned to her parents, who regarded Cody as their savior for giving them their daughter back, and welcomed him into their family.
