My question is this, do you want Sookie to end up with Bill after all is said and done?
Me, I personally don't want this. If Sookie were to end up with a vampire, I'd rather it be Eric than Bill. Bill allowed himself to be corrupted by power for the past two seasons and now the power is gone, he wants her back? I think she's got a good thing going with Alcide and I hope they don't ruin it by making this season turn into one long journey back to the beginning. I think Alcide is good for her, he's always there for her and not always endangering her life. I want her to stay with Alcide.

Maenad-Vampire hybrid
Ok, since they showed that faeries can be turned into vampires, is it possible for maenads as well? I know that the wiki lists them as being incapable of turning, but that's not confirmed for sure.
Imo, such a hybrid would be almost like The Originals' Klaus Mikaelson. Unkillable except under special circumstances, and with a venom lethal to vampires(its poisonours vampirized blood wouldn't wear off just like faerire-vampire blood doesn't wear off). I am also willing to bet that the combined vampire and maenad mind control abilities will give it the edge over regular vampires as well.
Add considerable age to that, and we have an immensely powerful creature.

New Villain in Season 7
Hey there True Blood fans!
The new villain in Season 7 of True Blood was just cast. Will Yun Lee, the star of Wolverine, will play Mr. Gus. Mr. Gus is a Texan Japanese businessman, “whose bigger-than-life, urban cowboy demeanor nearly rivals the size of his large Stetsons,” according to Deadline.
We seriously can't wait to see what they have in store for Mr. Gus. The premiere is on June 22, so start counting down the days!

Million year old vampire(s)
We know that age plays a MAJOR factor in determining a vampire's power level. Even a few years of greater age can make all the difference in a fight between 2 vampires.
Then there is the thing about ancient vampires like Lilith(8000+ years old) and Warlow(5500+ years old), who are immune to staking and silver respectively. And both can enter the home of the living without an invitation. I am willing to bet age has something to do with this as well. Not to mentiont that Lilith is impervious to fire as well and has additional powers we've never seen a vampire possess like telekinesis and precognition.
So imagine a hypothetical scenario where a vampire's age is magically increased to let's say a 1,000,000 years.

How about wearing a custom made chain mail made from silver wire tight fitting around your neck and anywhere else you can be sucked dry from? Wearing something on top of that gives you some screen against a preying vampire. It does not slow him down, but he is not able to kill with his first strike.

Possible True Blood Movie Coming Our Way
It was sad to hear that Season 7 would be True Blood's last run, but interesting news has just popped up! In an interview with Examiner, Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton and a producer himself) answered a question about what people are supposed to do in summer 2015 with "I'm not sure about the summer of 2015, but if things go the way I'm hoping there will be something to watch in the summer of 2016. We'll have an announcement about that... soonish."
Could he be hinting at a possible True Blood movie??? If it's actually a possibility, we might have the hope of seeing "True Blood" following in the footsteps of "Sex and the City" and "Entourage" and have its own movie released in the summer of 2016!! Did Eric Northman Die?
The finale of True Blood season 6 left us with a burning question: Is Eric Northman dead?
I want to believe he is alive, but I am really conflicted having to choose between love, logic, or the mind of a screenwriter.
Love:
Admit it. We all love Eric Northman. Despite his issues, he really is quite the character. I don't believe that we would accept his death.
He has been the life of the show since his first appearance at Fangtasia.
Riots would break out if he died.
Logic:
After he started to burn in the sun, the show flashed forward 6 months or so. Eric was not present.
Why wouldn't he return? Because he is dead.

I haven't been peeking the site for a while now, I satisfied my thirst for entertainment watching The Walking Dead, different show, well zombies are supernatural, the setting is Southern, but that's it. I think 'The Walking Dead' is about survival, which gets me back to the point. I know the creators are masters of misleading the fans about the upcoming season, but we have a major death announcement which I think can be taken seriously, it's going to be a final season and season 6th finale rendered a lot of possible deaths that can b confirmed or not.

We were excited to hear that one of our favorite True Blood characters, Lafayette Reynolds, was getting a new boyfriend in Season 7, but we're very curious about who's going to get casted! According to TV Line, a casting notice went out looking for someone described as “a cross between Jim Morrison and James Dean." I found 3 major spoilers for true blood season 7
1. Taras mom will have a larger role than before
2. There will be a major death in episode 1 of this season
3. The Hep V vampires are different from ordinary ones, they are actually weaker and must feed on more blood than a traditional vampire

Top Favorite Characters + Least Favorite Characters
Top Favorite and Least Favorite lists have always been an interesting way to decipher opinions.
When it comes to True Blood, I don't like any of the useless romantic relationship material as most of that is just used as a device to lure audiences into liking the main vampires, which doesn't hold any moral or psychological conflict on the battlefield. The only vampires I like are also the ones who die in the process of maintaining their beliefs. I prefer almost all the antagonistic characters in True Blood and the ones who die with their beliefs as opposed to succumbing to equal rights. Warlows death
Just a short paragraph and I know some people are like drop the subject, whats done is done, give it a rest, etc, etc, etc, but I feel I have to say it. Basically I truly believe that warlow wanted the true death. And I have some facts to back it up.
1. He told sookie he wanted to get back to the start, and a way to do that would be to die and join the faerie afterlife. Creating a fae vampire bride would bring him back to the start of happiness, yes, but so would his death.

What I hope for season 7
Basically this blog is about things that I would like to see happen in season 7. Nothing about the main plot because I know the writers will most likely disappoint, but little things on the side. Minor things that I want taken care of or gone. So more of the focus can go to the main plot. Well here we go:

True Blood Hiatus and its upcoming conclusion
I bet only few dedicated True Blood fans read any blog posts here right now, but I kind of have relaxed feeling of True Bloods end. I will never read the books for the stories are too similar(yet totally different) but I probably like the show too much and should spend time elsewhere.
I think True Blood has set some new standards in vampire TV series and it has been for me at least a very much welcomed alternative to a more teen and coming of age oriented audience as "The Vampire Diaries" or "Twilight". did somebody notice that until season 5 we had had Hoyt coupled with Jessica, he was somewhat older but since he grew up a momma's boy, he quickly became the butt of couple. Jessica has been in the process of maturing, she has been turned in a very young age (I wonder how Deborah Ann Woll born 1985 fakes the youth of a 17 year old). She can hardly develop within that relationship. Hoyt has been kind of a desperate character not the pristine example how males should act to be treated with respect in response. Yet he had enough mind in him left to recognize he needs to leave to further mature himself(especially get rid of his mum).

although I was looking for some background info about it, I did not find anything about the differences between vampires from the books and series alike.
Do the books feature how a True Death occurs? There seem to be major differences regarding the scope vampires' healing abilities. I did not read them and since I watched the show I would not draw as much enjoyment from them I guess and therefore I hope some of you come forward with some details.
One example: The Texas king is wounded and his wound will take 10 years to heal. The Louisiana Queen lost her legs.

As the 6th season comes to a close and we fare well the folks our favorite little sleepy town of Bon Temps for another year. As we do so, its hard not to wonder what has to come in the seventh series. We now know that creator Alan Ball has left the series and the slate has been wiped clean. That there, has me really wondering. With the Warlow storyline all neatley tied up. It was really interesting to see that he could have a softer side and did have REAL, GENUINE love for Sookie. Although to me, it seemed that the storyline was a little rushed. I honestly think it would have been better to take the story line over to series 7. Instead of staking him, send him back in to the portal he came out of. You could still wipe the slate clean and b…
How did Eric access the Faerie plane in 6x08?
Hi,
I need help with this because I have had a hard time understanding... How did Eric enter the Faerie Plane at the end of 6x08 to get to Warlow? I know he took a bite out of Adeline but biting her shouldn't have given Eric access to the Plane... Other people told me that Adeline probably helped him get there but in the finale Adeline didn't even know how to use her light. Any explanations?
Daywalking
Did it bother anyone else that daywalking ability was erased with Warlow's death? Don't get me wrong, they needed to get rid of it otherwise the vampires would be too powerful. That's a no-brainer. The ability shouldn't have been permenant in the first place. Just longer lasting than normal Fae blood. So they needed to get rid of the ability but the way the writers did it was very crude.
The writers used such a crude mechanism to get rid of the Daywalking ability. It made no sense that Warlow's death would nullify the effects of his blood. Here's why:
- When Eric drained Claudine, he was still able to walk in the sun for at least an hour before the effects started to wear off. Proving that a Fae's blood retains power for some time after death.…

I did not pay attention to Eric's scene, but sometime later it struck me, who wrote that scene and what did they smoke? I do not dislike it, but I kind of cannot stop laughing about it.
Eric can now really say: "Help, my dick is on fire!".
Will he carry a big torch for Sookie next season? :-P

What did you think of Tara's last scene with her mom? The reconsiliation seemed a little creepy to me as if she would pull a stake while her daughter was distracted feeding. I don't know about that, but there are already rumours that she will infect her daughter with Hep V, in her possibly insane view, to kill this abomination and redeem herself for Jesus, some nonsense like Sara Newlin. But I doubt that: I think True Blood writers are aware of this Wiki and have been doing a pretty good job misleading and deceiving us, example given: the trailer for radioactive. Why didn't Warlow just...(spoilers)
fling Niall off him and side-step Jason so he falls into that other dimension? Vampires get stronger as they age, yes? And Warlow is what, over 8,000 years old? That's stronger than almost every vampire in the show combined. He should have been able to easily break Niall's grip...but he just stood there and took it. Why?

Warlow the Timebomb
Rob Kazinsky gave yet another indication that Warlow is going to lose it, and let go off his monstrous vampire side in the final episode:
“This guy’s a timebomb if he goes off. It’s not just scary, it’s cataclysmic,” Kazinsky told the Herald last week. “He’s an incredibly powerful vampire, and as a fae, he throws fireballs. He can take what he wants, but he’s trying his best to be understanding, to be a good guy, to make her love him of her own free will. She has a choice, and he’s given her that.”

Multiple Deaths and Sam Fix
I read about an interview Rob Kazinsky that season finale is very dramatic with multiple deaths. To me, this is strange because we lost so many people so far. I just can't imagine who else we're going to lose. I wonder, who else is getting the axe.
Personally, I feel like Jessica and Eric might be die from rumours. This is my reasoning for each character.
Eric might die because Alexander Skarsgard could possibly want to branch out and do other big projects.
Eric has been featured a lot less than usual. He is still central and crucial; however, no where to the level he was in Seasons 2-4. Even Five, these give me reason in believing he will get the axe. Although, the rumours could just be a tactic to throw us off. Quite possibly, there could a…
