Anne was a minor character on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American guest starring actress Jade Tailor, Anne was a stripper that vampire Bill Compton seduced inside of the strip club Girls! Girls! Girls!. Anne met an untimely demise during her only appearance, on the episode "9 Crimes", in the series' third season.
Personality[]
Anne is depressed with her life, believing that it's no use getting into relationships with anyone, as this only ends with hurt. She therefore never married or had children, because it would be wrong to bring children into what Anne views as a world like this. Due to this, Bill brings her out to Russell and Lorena to eat, thinking she wishes for death anyway.
Biography[]
Background[]
Anne is an exotic dancer working at the strip club Girls! Girls! Girls!. She never married or had children, believing that doing this would be wrong in a very messed up world, and such relationships only brought hurt. She went by the names Destiny and Camilla usually. Bill took her to Russell and Lorena's feeding, ending in Anne's death at their hands.
Season 3[]
"9 Crimes"[]
While vampire Bill Compton is out with Lorena Krasiki and Russell Edgington, Russell orders Bill to "procure" dinner for them. Bill goes inside of a strip club, where he observes Anne. He glamours her into telling him her real name, after she first poses as Destiny, and then as Camilla. Anne tells Bill she didn't have a husband or children, because she didn't want to bring children into this "fucked-up world". She also admits that she knows the secret of life; that relationships are no good, because one would always end up getting hurt. At the end of the night, Bill brings her outside, where a waiting Russell and Lorena greet them both. Bringing Anne into the back of their limo, all three vampires began to feast on her, ultimately killing her. ("9 Crimes")
